Yes! I also have a coaching only option so I can still serve the clients in states where I am not yet licensed. This plan includes the fitness and nutrition coaching, with NO medical interventions.

The first month there are going to be several meetings. There is more work up front as we discuss your story, lab results, and map out your medication, training, and nutrition. After that there will be scheduled check in’s every two weeks.

My years of experience have indicated that while there is a need for constant support, that support can be virtual. Furthermore, many of my clients are constantly on the go, and having all-virutal meetings allows me to always remain available no matter where you are.
